I bear witness that there is no god but God, and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of God.
If a person utters these words with his tongue in mind, he will become a Muslim. There is also a condition that it must be said of one's own free will.

In Islam is it compulsory to sacrifice animal when we shift to new constructed house
There is no stipulation in Islam that an animal must be sacrificed if a family moves to a new home (newly built house or purchased house or the like). That is, sacrifices are not compulsory. Moving to a new home is a happy thing. Therefore, preparing food and inviting people to eat will rewarded by Allah. Then it is better to slaughter an animal naturally and feed the poor people.
Is watching sex allowed in Islam?
Yes it is definitely Haram. In Islam, it is haraam for men and women to see each other without family relationship, marriage, blood relationship or breastfeeding relationship. So it is definitely haram to watch sex. That is a big sin in Islam.
If mother is doing haram things which is not allowed in Islam what should a son can do or react on this
Indeed, it is the duty of a Muslim to dissuade anyone from doing evil and to tell them good things. 'If the son sees the mother doing evil, he must surely dissuade them from it. The son has no power to punish them or anything. They should be advised to repent.

فالأول: عن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "من رأى منكم منكرًا فليغيره بيده ، فإن لم يستطع فبلسانه، فإن لم يستطع فبقلبه وذلك أضعف الإيمان"
Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Whoever amongst you sees an evil, he must change it with his hand; if he is unable to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is unable to do so, then with his heart; and that is the weakest form of Faith". [Muslim].
الثاني: عن ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "ما من نبي بعثه الله في أمة قبلي إلا كان له من أمته حواريون وأصحاب يأخذون بسنته ويقتدون بأمره، ثم إنها تختلف من بعدهم خلوف يقولون مالا يفعلون ويفعلون ما لا يؤمرون، فمن جاهدهم بيده فهو مؤمن، ومن جاهدهم بقلبه فهو مؤمن، ومن جاهدهم بلسانه فهو مؤمن ، وليس وراء ذلك الإيمان حبة خردل"
Abdullah bin Mas'ud (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Never a Prophet had been sent before me by Allah to his people but he had, among his people, (his) disciples and companions, who followed his ways and obeyed his command. Then there came after them their successors who proclaimed what they did not practise, and practised what they were not commanded to do. And (he) who strove against them with his hand is a believer; he who strove against them with his heart is a believer; and he who strove against them with his tongue is a believer ; and beyond that there is no grain of Faith". [Muslim].
العاشر: عن حذيفة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " والذي نفسي بيده لتأمرن بالمعروف، ولتنهون عن المنكر، أو ليوشكن الله أن يبعث عليكم عقابًا منه، ثم تدعونه فلا يستجاب لكم"
Hudhaifah (May Allah bepleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "By Him in Whose Hand my life is, you either enjoin good and forbid evil, or Allah will certainly soon send His punishment to you. Then you will make supplication and it will not be accepted". [At-Tirmidhi].
الثاني عشر: عن أبي عبد الله طارق بن شهاب البجلي الأحمسي رضي الله عنه أن رجلاً سأل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وقد وضع رجله في الغرز: أي الجهاد أفضل؟ قال: “كلمة حق عند سلطان جائر" ((رواه النسائي بإسناد صحيح)).
Abu 'Abdullah Tariq bin Shihab (May Allah bepleased with him) reported: A person asked the Prophet (ﷺ) (when he had just put his foot in the stirrup): "What is the highest form of Jihad?" He (ﷺ) said, "Speaking the truth in the presence of a tyrant ruler". [An-Nasa'i].
In Islam during circumcision of a child what should mother father need to do at that time
There is nothing that a child's parents can do during circumcision. However, for the child, praying for him and feeding the people is a very pious thing as it is a very good day in his life. This is one of the Sunnahs of the Prophet (s)
In Islam is it haram touching other girls than wife
It is not wrong if it happened unknowingly. But emotional (sex) touch is wrong. According to the Islamic view, a man should only touch or look at his wife with emotion(sex).
وعن أسامة بن زيد رضي الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " ما تركت بعدي فتنة هي أضر على الرجال من النساء"
Usamah bin Zaid (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I am not leaving behind me a more harmful trial for men than women". [Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
